The Library offers a variety of technology training classes throughout the year to help our patrons learn how to use a wide range of technologies and digital services. If you are unable to attend one of our classes but would still like to learn how to use these services on your own, you can find the class slides and handouts here! In our digital age it’s easy to access news from around the world on every possible topic. This class will help you get started accessing some of the quality news resources that are freely available through the Library and online. First, you will learn how to use our rbDigital eMagazine service to check out copies of popular magazines like Cosmopolitan, the Economist, and National Geographic—and keep them for as long as you like! Then we will show you how to use Feedly: a news “aggregator” that lets you gather news from around the web and read it all in one place!

The Library offers VHS to DVD conversion services for our patrons. This guide will walk you step-by-step through the conversion process
Cricut for Beginners: How to Create a Knockout Sign
We have a Cricut Explorer Air 2 available to patron use inside the library. We supply blades, mats, weeding tools and the machine. Each user much bring additional accessories (ex: vinyl, transfer tape, etc.)
Samsung 360 Gear Camera
Our 360 Gear Camera is available for checkout! Film or photograph in 360 degrees, full HD!

3D Printer User Guide
Our 3D printer is available for patron use! Cost to use is $.05/gram of filament plus $1 service fee. Patron must pick up item before close the day of printing. We do have programs available, but you may also bring your own pre-programmed design.
