Adult Programs

At the Rochester Public Library we strive to provide a variety of programs to meet the needs and interests of our patrons. Click on the links below to see what programs we currently have scheduled. Please contact the Library if you have any questions.

Special Events

The Rochester Public Library hosts a variety of special events throughout the year, including art receptions, training seminars, and guest author sessions featuring local writers. All of our special events are open to the public.

Monthly Reading Programs and Book Clubs

The Library offers several different book clubs to meet the interests and schedules of our patrons. Copies of book club selections are available for checkout at the circulation desk.

Social Events and Skill-Building Activities

Our social events give patrons the opportunity to interact with their neighbors while participating in fun activities. Come learn how to knit or take a crafting class! We also have a variety of skill-building activities for patrons, many of which have very flexible times so you can schedule a training session at a time that best suits your needs.
